Our Car Workshop in Dandenong

An independent workshop, not a dealer.

We're independent and not tied to any manufacturer. Australian Consumer Law lets you have a new car serviced outside the dealer network without losing your warranty, provided the manufacturer's schedule is followed with suitable parts, and that's the standard every logbook service here is held to. It's the same for European makes such as BMW and Volkswagen. Being independent doesn't mean a small setup. The workshop at 5 Quinn Street, Dandenong has hydraulic hoists for underbody, suspension and exhaust work, a tyre and wheel bay, diagnostic equipment, and our own spray booth for panel and paint repairs. Mechanical servicing, smash repairs and accident support all run from this one site, so the car stays with the same team. Every car is inspected and diagnosed before work begins, serviced or repaired to specification, then re-tested and given a final check before you collect it.

When a job belongs with the dealer, such as a warranty claim or make-specific diagnostics beyond routine servicing, we'll tell you. Everything else, from brakes and tyres to smash repairs, is handled in this workshop.
