Replaced before wear reaches the rotor, measured against minimum thickness at every service.
Rotors
Surface condition and thickness checked — resurfaced or replaced depending on wear and warping.
Brake Fluid
Moisture content tested; fluid replaced on schedule to keep pedal feel consistent and prevent corrosion.
Hydraulic & Electrical Braking
Calipers, lines and electronic parking brake systems checked as one connected system, not in isolation.
Suspension Bushes
Checked for wear and play that shows up as clunks, vibration or uneven tyre wear.
Shocks & Springs
Assessed for leaking, sagging or worn damping, and replaced in axle pairs where needed.
