Privacy Policy

What personal information we collect through this website and our workshop, why we collect it, and how you can access or correct it.

This policy explains how SS Automotive Group handles personal information collected through ssautomotive.com.au and in the course of servicing and repairing vehicles at our Dandenong workshop.

2. The Australian Privacy Principles

The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) set rules for how organisations handle personal information. Some small businesses are exempt from the Privacy Act. Whether or not the Act applies to us, we choose to follow the APPs when handling your information.

3. What we collect

We only collect the information we need to respond to you and to work on your vehicle. Depending on how you contact us, this may include:

Please do not include sensitive information, such as health details, in the notes or description fields unless it is needed for your request.
