Accident Replacement Car in Dandenong
Someone else caused the crash, so you shouldn't be left without a car. Once the claim paperwork is finalised and you drop your car off, you get a replacement car straight away, and you keep it until yours is repaired.
How It Works
From the crash to a car in your driveway
A replacement car is part of how we handle a not-at-fault claim, alongside towing, dealing with the insurer and repairing your car. It's arranged through our rental partner, Subhan Rental Services in Dandenong South, and the hire is billed to the at-fault driver's insurer. Eligibility depends on the claim, so we check the details with you first.
1. Call or send your details
Ring 03 8774 5785 or request a replacement car online. Have the other driver's name, rego and insurer, plus your claim number if you have one.
2. We sort the paperwork
We confirm the claim details and prepare the hire paperwork with you, so it's clear who pays for what before you drive away.
3. Drop your car off
Bring your car to 5 Quinn Street, Dandenong, or we arrange a tow if it can't be driven. Your replacement car is ready straight away.
4. Swap back when it's fixed
You keep the replacement car while your car is repaired. When yours is ready to collect, you return the hire car and drive home in your own.
What You Pay
The costs, in plain words

When do I get the replacement car?

What if the accident was my fault?
A not-at-fault claim won't cover a hire car if you caused the accident. Check whether your own policy includes hire car cover. You can also rent directly from our rental partner, weekly or long term; minimum hire is one month, with shorter hires by arrangement.
